Leaks show Release Date and Price of new Moto G9 smartphoneSome reports have indicated that the Moto G9 series is going to release just like the Moto G8 series as we experienced 2 smartphones. It says the G9 Play and G9 Plus will come gradually. The 1st two Moto G9 smartphones have already been announced and we are expecting more. Point to be noted that the Moto G8 Plus launched in October 2019. The Moto G9 Play is the first phone and it will cost $210, and the Moto G9 Plus will cost around $330. The Moto G8 Plus was presented with a small increase, at $310. The first Moto G9 phone to be announced was the Moto G9 Play. The Moto G9 Play has a 6.5-inch 1600 x 720 LCD display, with a teardrop notch at the top for its front-facing camera. It has a plastic body with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Moto G9 Plus features a Snapdragon 662, a 4GB RAM, and a 64GB internal storage. The device also has a 5,000mAh battery which uses 20W fast charging. There’s a triple-lens camera array on the back, consisting of a 48MP main, 2MP depth-sensing, and 2MP macro snapper. It has an 8MP shooter on the front. The second device in the series was the Moto G9 Plus. The device has a 64MP main camera with an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth-sensing snapper. It is the highest-res main camera we’ve experienced on a Moto G phone. There’s also a 16MP camera on the front. This is the first Moto G phone to have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor instead of one on the back.

The device has a mid-ranged 730G chipset, a 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging. The Moto G smartphone has a 6.81 inches screen broken up by a punch-hole for a selfie camera. It is noteworthy that the Moto G8 and Moto G8 Plus both have plastic backs and frames. But, we are expecting the Moto G9 and Moto G9 Plus will have an upgrade to glass backs and metal frames. The basic Moto G8 doesn’t have NFC, which means you can’t make contactless payments with it, which seems a significant omission in 2020. The Moto G8 Plus has NFC, but for the Moto G9, we want to see it offered across the range. The basic Moto G8 doesn’t have a 1080p screen. Most smartphones around the world now have QHD+ and 1080p screen.
