The 2023 BMW XM Extended Cab with 735-HP is a Perfect Pickup Truck

BMW presents a high-performance flagship full-size crossover SUV. This is a family member of the 2023 BMW X7 LCI and all-new i7 and 7 Series limousines. It has a posh split headlight and is considered a sustainable 644-horsepower plug-in hybrid powertrain. However, its 735-horsepower Label Red version will soon grasp the ICE-powered SUV crown 715-horsepower Ferrari Purosangue.

Meanwhile, BMW XM has attracted more people including the imaginative kingdom of virtual automotive artists. The company rapidly jumped with motivation at the view of the giant Bavarian and tried to make something remarkably different. It features excellent body style conversions and ideas much similar to SuperVans or potential Touring DNA donors, and others.

However, the most attractive idea has experienced the BMW XM special effects and lighting into a digital pickup truck. It is a Double Cab to grasp the bloom from the X-Class of Mercedes-Benz or a smaller XM Extended Cab. A courtesy also appeared on social media about the virtual artist X-Tomi Design. It presented the ideas of the 2024 Ford Mustang and Purosangue CGI in favor of pickup truck transformation.

M Series Includes an Electrified Drivetrain

BMW said the $159,000 super-SUV is the 1st high-performance M Series vehicle featuring an electrified drivetrain. However, the idea is important because the company has already announced fully electric hybrid cars with an M tag. These fully electric cars include i4 M50, iX M60, i7 M70, and M760e versions. There are M Performance-branded or M-lite vehicles and the full M versions include the M3, M4, and M5 models.

The XM is considered the 1st real BMW Motorsport car with all the basic and advanced electrical assistance. The latest XM version is the first dedicated M model since the M1 (launched in the 1970s). However, the first BMW Motorsport product is the XM model since the mid-range M1 supercar. It is considered a massive deal but with a little disappointment for some fans.

XM Model is 2.4 Times Heavy than the E30 M3

The latest model is basically 2,750 kg (6,062 lbs), making the XM around 2.4 times heavy than the original E30 M3. The latest version is reportedly fusing 3 heavy automotive components. These components are an SUV body, a big twin-turbo V8 combustion engine, and a hybrid booster pack with a big battery. However, a 25.7 kWh battery allows the resulting creation to move short distances.

The estimated 50 km range of the XM model eventually counts as a short distance compared to other latest luxury hybrids. Meanwhile, this excellent BMW M car features performance and power with significant priority. BMW is expected to launch a speedier and more expensive $185,000 version the next summer. The upcoming super-truck is called the “XM Label Red”.

XM Label Red Pickup Truck will Get 735 Horsepower

BMW XM Label Red model will reportedly provide 735 horsepower and 735 lb-ft to the pathway from an engine. It will ultimately form the ground of the powertrain in BMW’s next-generation M5 model. Moreover, the standard XM features a powerful 4.4 liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 483 horsepower and 479 lb-ft. It is capable of providing power to all 4 wheels with 8-speed automatic transmission.

Meanwhile, it is supposedly a halo car for BMW’s M series and basically slower compared with many other M-tag cars. XM includes various M-Performance and M-pretender features and can reach 0 to 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds. But it is reportedly slower than the gas-powered X6M that reaches 0 to 60 in just 3.8 seconds. So, the XM is also slower than the M240i xDrive sports car.
