Lenovo launched IdeaPad 5G, IdeaPad 5 Pro and IdeaPad 5i Pro with Advanced SpecsLenovo has launched the latest IdeaPad 5 laptops including the IdeaPad 5G, IdeaPad 5 Pro, and IdeaPad 5i Pro, ahead of the annual CES 2021 (Consumer Electronics Show 2021). The company promised lightning-fast speed performance for work and leisure. The new Lenovo IdeaPad 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx 5G compute platform. It utilizes powerful Qualcomm Adreno 680 graphics and Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 Modem-RF system for connectivity. The new device is built with a unique focus on performance. Lenovo said users can do all sorts of tasks on the laptop with speeds up to 10 times faster than 4G, through a 5G service provider. Moreover, the owners of the IdeaPad 5G can download large files in a flash and stream shows with the clarity of Full HD through its 14-inch (1920 x 1080) IPS display that’s 300 nits bright for a rich picture with 100% RGB quality color.

The new Lenovo IdeaPad 5G also offers up to 8GB LPDDR4X memory and 512GB of PCI SSD storage. It is designed with an infrared (IR) camera for added security. The laptop weighs 2.6 lbs (1.2 kilograms) and measures 0.59 inches (14.9 millimeters) thin with a 51WHr battery, and Rapid Charge Express. Lenovo assures that they could still enjoy more security and dependability through its 4G LTE connectivity, which comes default on the new IdeaPad 5G laptop. It is Lenovo’s most powerful IdeaPad laptops yet. The IdeaPad 5i Pro (14-inch) and IdeaPad 5 Pro (16-inch) are designed with an all-metal chassis exterior with muted and minimalist colors of Cloud Grey and Storm Grey. The display is offered for the first time on a Lenovo IdeaPad laptop with a wider 16:10 aspect ratio to better accommodate for multitasking with Windows.

The less bezel on all sides allowed the laptops to have a 90% screen-to-body ratio and 100 percent sRGB quality. The IdeaPad 5i Pro will feature an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and IdeaPad 5 Pro will be powered by next-gen AMD Ryzen Mobile Processors with stable Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. The laptop is set to Intelligent Cooling Mode by default to optimize battery life. Point to be noted that users can shift their laptop’s performance by using the Lenovo Q-Control. You can also enjoy a larger trackpad over previous generations, plus the bouncier feel of soft-landing switches via the improved keyboard with optional backlighting. The 16-inch IdeaPad 5 Pro laptop with up to the latest AMD Ryzen H-Series Mobile Processors and up to next-gen NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs will start at $1149.99 and is expected to be available starting May 2021.
