Lenovo brings an untraditional approach to PCs and presented its ThinkBook Plus series in 2020. The company now used it to build extraordinary form factors, such as previous replication using an e-ink screen. Lenovo has removed its 2nd panel of numerical keyboard and added a full-color 8-inch 800 x 1,280 LCD and an integrated digitizer layer to enable stylus support. The main screen of this new laptop features a 17.3-inch IPS display at 3K resolution. The machine runs Windows 11 with various more orientations, including typical snap shortcuts. However, Windows 11 will just consider the 8-inch LCD as an external screen. The ThinkBook Plus was responsive at snapping apps and a whiteboard tool that turns the panel into a notepad, as a digital Numpad.

Users can also get a dedicated dashboard of shortcuts next to the keyboard with supported apps such as Adobe Lightroom. Lenovo claimed its secondary screen as Magic Launcher with a series of buttons for the screen to quickly access the whiteboard, Numpad, and other software. Moreover, the primary 17.3-inch IPS display runs at 3,072 x 1,440 and a ratio of 21:10. It would allow users to split 3 apps on that baggy screen. The bottom display would enable them to keep an eye on Slack or Twitter and for editing pictures in Lightroom. The laptop runs with up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 12th-generation Intel Core processor. Point to be noted that the device features a typical battery of up to 69 Whr. You can get the new laptop in May at $1,399.

The new Laptop uses Xe graphics of Intel with Unified Memory Architecture for advanced photo editing. You will also find a Full HD IR camera with a privacy shutter. There is a series of ports such as 2 USB A jacks, an HDMI socket, and a Thunderbolt 4 connection. It is noteworthy that Lenovo also announced other products for its ThinkCentre and ThinkBook series. Moreover, the updated ThinkBook 13x Gen 2 can efficiently work with a WMDCM (Wireless Multi-Device Charging Mat) to recharge Qi-compatible gadgets. The announcement also includes a new ThinkCentre Neo series including 3 desktop systems for small and medium businesses. The new ThinkBook 14 and 16 Gen 4+ I feature 16:10 screens running at 90Hz and 120Hz respectively.
