Some Galaxy Tab S7 rumors are now pointing to various specs for the tablet. A new leak just mentioned some new specs and described a surprisingly budget-friendly tablet. The latest information came from frequent leaker Ishan Agarwal has provided details to a news outlet. The leak details a lot about the new tablet. Agarwal said Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 will have an 11-inch LCD screen with a 2560 x 1600 resolution. It will apparently not get a Super AMOLED panel like the Galaxy Tab S6, instead of having LCD. The refresh rate is said to be 120Hz, as the Galaxy S20 smartphones.
The device is powered by top-end Snapdragon 865 chipset to provide plenty of processing power. Point to be noted that all smartphones with Snapdragon 865 have been 5G-compatible. RAM hasn’t been detailed, but apparently there will be a 128GB storage version. It will have a 13MP back and 8MP front snapper cameras on the Galaxy Tab S7. The battery in the Galaxy Tab S7 is 8,000mAh, which is 960mAh more than the Galaxy Tab S6’s power pack. The Tab S7 will have a physical button on the front and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Some leaks suggested the physical button, the LCD panel, and a single rear camera.
It is possible that instead of releasing a Lite tablet much later, like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, released many months after the Tab S6. The company is much focused on releasing its flagships amid coronavirus. It is noteworthy that mobile markets around the world have been experiencing a significant amount of decline in buying smartphones and Tabs during the widespread Covid-19. Samsung might launch a budget and premium Galaxy Tab S7 at the same time with the Galaxy Tab S7 filling this former role, and the Tab S7 Plus filling the latter. Most people are expecting the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 to launch on 5th August 2020 alongside the Galaxy Note 20 smartphones.
