Yoga C940 from Lenovo is the latest laptop with much a much more capable processor and graphics. Its battery life with the more powerful CPU and graphics is leading to a drop of 3 hours of battery life. The Yoga C940 will start at $1,299 with an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM. This is a much affordable 2-in-1 laptop, especially when one considers the pristine build quality and unique features. The sound-bar is in the hinge and the pen garage on the back of the laptop. It is noteworthy that its cool pen garage charges the stylus whenever it’s docked. But, you have to actually keep track of your stylus and charge it with a USB-C cable for other laptops, such as the HP Elite Dragonfly.
The Lenovo Yoga C940 could be one of the best Ultrabooks on the market right now, especially if you love the 2-in-1 functionality. The entry model will give you a 10th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD. You can get a more powerful version of the Lenovo Yoga C940 if you’re willing to invest a bit more cash. The Lenovo Yoga C940 is cheaper when you configure the laptops with equivalent hardware when compared with the equivalent Dell XPS 13 2-in-1. Dell’s option does start cheaper at $999, but it comes with an Intel Core i3 processor and just 4GB of RAM.
The only branding on the laptop is the Yoga on the top left corner of the back of the lid, “Yoga 9 Series” etched into the top of the laptop and ‘Lenovo’ on the sound-bar. This 2-in-1 laptop has a sound-bar built into the actual hinge of the laptop and there is one continuous speaker, instead of separate drivers on opposite sides of the chassis. There are 2 more on the bottom of the laptop. This speaker configuration makes for sound that is far better than your average laptop. The Lenovo Yoga C940 gets a massive improvement with 1,385 points in Cinebench R20 and 18,029 in Geekbench 4.3.
