A couple of days ago, some tech news outlets had reported that Sharp will be presented with its new bezel-less Aquos S2 at an event in Beijing, China. The new handset was actually exposed impressive boasting with former familiar design. Sharp apparently got some ideas from the Essential Phone. The Sharp Aquos S2 also have much similarity with the recent leaks of iPhone 8. Similarity with the Essential Phone includes more slim bezels on all sides of the Aquos S2 except its bottom. It has a teardrop-shaped cutout on the top in order to facilitate the selfie camera. The notification bar can be placed in the middle by the front camera, similar to the phone of Andy Rubin. The major difference is its home button with entrenched fingerprint scanner and it is placed in the bottom bezel.
The back side of the Sharp Aquos S2 is more resonant to the iPhone 8 dummies and renders. It will be available with a vertical dual-camera setup and a flash at the top left corner, and a Sharp logo on the back plate near the bottom. When we talk about its hardware, the Sharp Aquos 2 will be available in 2 types. The first one will have 64 GB of internal memory, a 4 GB RAM and Snapdragon 630 processor of Qualcomm. The other one will include 128 GB of storage, 6 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 660 processor. Both versions will have 5.5-inch LCD screen with 1080 x 2040 pixels resolution. It means display will come with a ratio at 17:9 and a notification bar at the top. The Sharp Aquos S2 will be presented on 14th August 2017 in Beijing, China.
