OnePlus has announced two new affordable smartphones, the Nord N10 5G and Nord N100. These handsets bring some extraordinary impressive specs considering the cost. The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is the most similar to the Nord with a few impressive features and it’s available for around $430. The device has a 6.49-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. Its refresh speed is impressive for a low-cost phone. The new smartphone features a Snapdragon 690 chipset and it’s paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The new Nord N10 5G has a 4,300mAh battery, smaller than the N100, but the 30W charging should allow you to power up the battery very quickly. There’s also 5G compatibility and it is only the widely-used sub-6 band.
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G has a 64MP main snapper joined by ultra-wide, macro, and monochrome extras, but didn’t mention the resolutions of the sensors. There’s a 16MP front-facing selfie camera too. The OnePlus Nord N100 has a low price of around $230 and considered the cheapest phone OnePlus has put out in a long time. The Nord N100 has a 6.52-inch screen, but didn’t mention the resolution and refresh rate, but there might be HD and 60Hz respectively. It’s broken up by a ‘punch-hole’ cut-out in the top left. The device has a Snapdragon 460 chipset and it’s paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, but without 5G. Point to be noted that it features a bigger 5,000mAh battery depending on the phone’s display specs however it could power the handset for two whole days of use.
The above-mentioned specs sound a lot like the Moto G8 Power Lite, which has a similar price too. There’s a 13MP main camera joined by a bokeh and macro camera on the rear. We are still waiting for more info from OnePlus at the moment and we’ll make sure to provide you full specs and details for both Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 smartphones as soon as possible. The Nord N100 goes on sale on 10th November and the Nord N10 5G will be available at the end of November 2020. So, both devices are coming very soon, but there’s no news about the availability in the United States.
