Leaks point to the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Fold 2 very soon. We were expecting the next big phones from Samsung in 2020. Rumors say the announcement of Galaxy Note 20 will take place on 5th August, along with the OnePlus 8 devices. Some previous leaks pointed out new devices including Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. The recent leaks shifted our thoughts to the Note 20 phones. The company launched the S20 devices as its first flagships of 2020. The S Pen has become a true extension of Note 20 with more physical controls and more reason to pull it out of the phone.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is expected to arrive with the announcement of Note 20 and will be available to buy on 20th August. Some sources have claimed the price of the device will be similar to the original price at $1,980. Another source has indicated the expected price between $1,780 and $1,980. The Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 might have a 108MP main lens and a lens with 5x optical zoom, another source has pointed out that it will have 12MP, 16MP, and 64MP sensors. One report also claims the phone is set to land with an in-display selfie camera to avoid wasting room on a notch on the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 might not have the S20’s high-res zoom camera, and its zoom capabilities might not match the S20 Ultra. There might only be 128GB storage in the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and a battery of around 4,000mAh, up from 3,500mAh in the Galaxy Note 10. Some leaks also suggest the Galaxy Fold 2 will come with a 256GB variant alongside the standard 512GB. A leak shows the main display will be a 7.59-inch 2213 x 1689 one with a 120Hz refresh rate. The front screen will apparently be a 6.23-inch 2267 x 819 one with a 60Hz refresh rate. It will have a 10MP front-facing camera and a Snapdragon 855 chipset. The Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 will come in both 4G and 5G versions.
