The aggressive people at LG Display are still busy for pushing its OLED technology to 8K, as the 4Kand HDR are moving at mainstream finally. The Korean manufacturer is looking to allow participants in getting up close with its latest 88-inch 8K OLED display. It has been considered the massive OLED panel with highest resolution and it might be called “Triple 8”. As far as the specs are concerned, there aren’t more details provided yet. The former largest OLED screen size was 77-inches and it was presented with just 4K. Currently, this combination has been offered to customers by the likes of LG Electronics, Panasonic, and Sony. They all have their source of large OLED panels from the LG Display.
Its major battling Samsung Display have been changed its target from OLED TVs to QLED TVs. The LG Display is currently considered the major large-size OLED display manufacturer around the world. The LG Display has made a massive amount of investment in competition with other countries such as Japan. It would ensure the continuously having the upper hand by increasing its production capacity of OLED. It would generate a massive push into mobile OLED panels. It has been considered a market dominated by the counterpart of Samsung. Its other part includes the manufacturing the new plant of OLED for the first time outside Korea. It will not be less than the Guangzhou city of China and it has been recently approved by the government of South Korea.
