First 5G smartphone V50 ThinQ for Sprint from LG

LG's first 5G phoneLG and Sprint are looking to execute their plans to launch a 5G smartphone during the current year. Most people need to find out the upcoming device. Evan Blass (well-known scoop provider) has collected a photograph of the V50 ThinQ. It is a Sprint-bound flagship with some very conspicuous 5G branding. This leak doesn’t have much detail, but showed a notched display and a pile of cameras. The leak just mentioned the announce date of February 24, just ahead of Mobile World Congress.

This lineup with LG’s South Korean announcement is promising a 5G phone introduction on the announced date. The similar release offered a few of the V50’s early details. It will have Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855 chip, but it would also make accommodations for early 5G hardware. LG said people, will get a vapor chamber cooling system that’s 2.7 times larger than the heat-pipe in the V40 as well as a 20% larger 4,000mAh battery. You should also have added longevity through software optimizations.

There are still some unanswered questions, like how the V50 will compare to the G8. It is noteworthy that its availability is the main concern. Sprint only promised LG’s 5G handset sometime in the first half of 2019, leaving the chance that you’ll wait months to get a V50. Your early 5G phones will be relatively expensive, so there are concerns you’ll pay a stiff premium to be an early adopter.
