Motorola has announced an ambitious mid-range phone with a near bezel-free display and some amazing camera features, the One Hyper. It has a 32-megapixel pop-up front camera for perfect selfie shots and repeals automatically if the user drops the phone. The new device also offers a 64-megapixel rear camera to provide high resolution in low-light sensitivity after enabling the Night Vision mode and Quad Pixel tech. There is a 118-degree ultra-wide-angle lens on top of the main 64-megapixel camera, along with a laser system that focuses in the dark. These cameras are powered by Camera X API of Google. Motorola said that third-party apps, such as Instagram can take benefit from Motorola’s camera AI technology, like HDR, Night Vision, and Portrait Mode”.
The One Hyper has a 6.5-inch 1,080 x 2,430 (Total Vision) display and it is almost bezel-free. It is noteworthy that it isn’t the thinnest-looking device and does have a 4,000 mAh battery. You can charge up quickly to 75% in just 30 minutes using the 45W charger. Motorola also confirmed that other features include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage (expandable up to 1TB). It runs a bloatware-free version of Android 10.
The Motorola One Hyper has a water-repellent design and will ship in Deep Sea Blue, Dark Amber, and Fresh Orchid. It also has a micro SD card slot and a fingerprint scanner, but you will not find a notification light on the back. You can get the device from Motorola.com in the United States. An unlocked device will cost you 400 USD and it will work on T-Mobile and AT&T carriers. People in Latin America and selected European countries are now able to get this new device. The One Hyper is considered the high-end phone, in spite of its specs. The device is expected to be available in the UK during the current month.
