Get First 5G smartphone in the World with Full QWERTY KeyboardPlanet Computers has announced the final specification for its first 5G smartphone in the world with a full physical keyboard, the Astro Slide 5G. The new device transforms from a traditional smartphone form-factor into a fully functioning micro-computer, with a sliding keyboard. Astro Slide would enable you to type notes, long emails, blog posts, and easily create & edit spreadsheets. All functions will be done from a powerful, pocket-size smartphone with the tactile feedback provided by only a physical keyboard. You can type to their heart’s content without obscuring the large touchscreen by separating the screen from the keyboard. It is the first 5G transformer device offering all the benefits of a smartphone and a pocket computer. Astro Slide is powered by an 8 core 5G processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal memory, and supplemented by a mini-SD card slot.

Astro Slide 5G is the most powerful device to enable users to multi-task between work, entertainment, and web browsing. The 48-megapixel rear camera allows users to capture and share the moment in perfect clarity. A 13-megapixel front-facing camera is more than capable of managing video conferencing and selfies. It features AMOLED color FHD+ display, protected by Gorilla glass. Astro Slide 5G can also be set up to run Linux alongside Android. The USB-C port enables users to connect Astro Slide to an external display via HDMI or multiple peripherals via the Planet USB-C hub. The device is powered by a 4,000 mAh lithium-ion battery. It also features 10-watt wireless charging and 5G Power Saving technology of MediaTek. Astro Slide has a fingerprint sensor, NFC, GPS, and Bluetooth. Point to be noted that the keyboard of Planet Computers is available in 24 different keyboard layouts including Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, UK, US English, and a wide range of European keyboards. The new device features dual nano SIM slots alongside e-SIM functionality of cellular communications functionality with global 5G capability alongside 4G, 3G, and 2G communications. Astro Slide 5G will be available globally in the summer of 2021.
